Visit with Christine was very good.  Your questions do NOT correspond to the type of service she provides.  This was for hearing aids and follow-up of hearing aid .  She is NOT a medical provider and you need to adjust your survey as such

Christine explained everything thoroughly and did not move on to her next point/instruction until I was comfortable.

Dr. Lindeman is an audiologist who I respect highly.  She has kept my hearing loss with the latest and best hearing aids with the required frequency and adjustments.
