Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I grew up in a medical family, so taking care of patients has always been a very large part of my identity.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I've done anesthesia in a number of places, including hospitals, surgery centers, offices, and in a tent in the middle of the Iraqi desert.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I spend as much time as possible with my wife and four children. If I am not doing that, I am usually exercising, hunting, or reading.
