She seemed interested in what I had to say and answered all my questions and those from my husband.

Ms. Santiago was amazing and listen to my needs. No issues with her.

Provider reviewed my records before seeing me. She was very informative and attentive.

She explained everything well and looked at all my history and test results.

I wanted to change to a non-steroid asthma medicine and she told me there were none. My PCP had me on Singulair but I had to stop taking it because it made my throat swell. Bianca said Singulair isn't for asthma, it's for allergies. She is wrong, it can be used for both.

She was very informative and answered all my concerns.

She was very nice.  Told me I should use a CPAP.

She was fine, but she did provide incorrect information in regards to the at home sleep study. She told me to wait for a call from the company that supports the sleep study and that I don't need to schedule anything because I kept getting notices through the portal to schedule an appointment. Eventually I called the scheduling center and the customer service was amazing. She informed me that they HAVE TO schedule an appointment in the future which triggers to PAT to be sent to me.. So the doctor misinformed me on the basics of how to get the sleep study done at home. Other than that she was fine.
