Bethany Carbaugh was very professional & very nice to talk with.

Bethany was very down to earth and took the time with me to explain exactly what was going on.

I was a walk-in not expecting to see someone. Within 30-40 minutes I was Dr Britney who mo led the process along nicely.I evben have a follow up visit In a reasonable amount of time.

My provider was very attentive, showed concern for any of my spinal issues and answered any questions I had.

I wish she would have ordered the MRI before the appointment. Now I have to make another trip to find out if there is anything that can be done.

Bethany was absolutely horrible. Th3 intake nurse was amazing. Listened to everything I had to say and documented all of it. But it was for not because Bethany never even read any of it. If she had she wouldn't have been asking me questions that I saw the intake nurse write down the answers for. Every time I tried to tell her how I was feeling she cut me off and told me what she read in my chart so she already knew. I went in because I was having neck pain and arm numbness/pain. She never touched my neck, only my shoulders to ask if I had pain. She looked at my chart and said she didn't think the numbness was from a neck issue and probably was carpal tunnel because she saw there was an xray done last year and no mention of anything. The XRay was of my shoulder not my neck. I had previous shoulder surgery and my orthopedic was checking things. She said they'd order an MRI since I haven't had one done. I tried to tell her that I did have one in Sep 2022 which WAS of my neck but couldn't because she kept cutting me off. She seemed to be in a rush. Then I had to repeatedly ask, but what about the secondary spot bothering me in the middle my back? Feels like there's a fatty tumor. I explained that's not where I have the pain. It's on the opposite side of my spine. She didn't respond and kept talking about the fatty tumor. That I am already aware of, had for years, and doesn't bother me. She just didn't listen and made me feel as if my problems weren't worth listening to and were insignificant. I left the office in a panic attack and had to sit in the parking lot for 20min to calm down. Was one of the absolute worst medical experiences I've ever had in my life.

I don't have any complaints at all. It was my first time with Bethany. She was concise, to the point, went out of her way to check out prior X-rays done. She was very nice and, understanding and, knowledgeable of what I'm going through

Love Dr. O'Malley, he has worked on my " head issues " before, he's a great surgeon, I like him as a person and I TRUST HIM.
