Treated very well - this was my first visit, so I answered several questions the best I could.

Seeing a new provide.  She was very welcoming

I really like Amy and want to continue seeing her.

Amy is an excellent provider and anyone would be lucky to have her taking care of them.

I do not like to talk with the call center. I had a very unpleasant experience and always ask to be put through to the office e directly.Most times they do.The last time I needed to talk to the office they wouldn't put me through to the office.

Amy is very friendly and very concerned about helping me improve my health and in getting my diabetes under control.

Amy gave the confidence to come back to your office after several years away.

Visit was required for upcoming surgery. Dr was compassionate due to the possible severity of the tests.

The only reason I continue my care with wellspan is because of the efficiency of the practice and primarily Amy Witmer who is an incredible provider who brings value to to your program. In addition, I have been working with RN Eric for years and he brings a kind and compassionate professional atmosphere why making sure you are cared for above and beyond the Wlellspan requirements.  They are both the type of humans I want to deal with EVERY time I'm there.

Amy Witmer was so compassionate and very through with my medical issue. She understood how much I needed an urgent diagnosis and scheduled the CT scan the same day. On top of that, I received a phone call with the results and plan of action that same day. She is amazing!

My provider takes her time in answering my questions. She provides recommendations and informs me of best care practices. I don't have bad experiences with the provider or Wellspan Health. If I had bad experiences with Wellspan Health, then I would seek another healthcare provider.

Didn't get the feeling she was actually listening.  Seemed to be quick to respond with out giving my concerns much thought.  Almost like a canned answer to questions or concerns she gets regularly.
