Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I have always found medicine and anything related to it, fascinating. There have been many nurses in my family, which as a child I liked to pester for "stories." I would sit with rapt attention and remember thinking that I wanted to be just like them. It was my mother who one day told me, "why don't you be a doctor?" With that thought in mind I started down the path that brought me to where I am today.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I like to take time with my patients, this many times puts me behind, but if you need me or my time you will have it. I like to be a patient advocate and feel that my role as a family doctor is to be the hub of your medical wheel.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I spend as much time with my family as possible. I also love to read, I will read just about anything. I also have a motorcycle that I ride for relaxation.
