Ms Hoover is an excellent PA.  She carefully evaluated my issue and determined that I would need specialized care for this relatively minor issue.  In my nearly 79 years, I would judge her to be one of the most competent medical specialists I have seen.  She also is very personable, putting the patient at ease.

This was a new patient visit. Allyson was very MD-like. We were surprised, however, to find that Allyson was a PA-C. When signing up for this practice, my wife and I asked for an MD, given our rather complex medical histories. But I must say that we were impressed with this PA's confident bearing and her overall approach to our visit. We had high expectations, and we left the appointment mostly confident that we were in good hands. For now, we're quite comfortable to see how this relationship goes. For this visit: 5 of 5 stars.

A great experience! Allyson Hoover was my provider at a previous practice. It wasn't the same when she left.  So I changed providers. I feel confident that now I will will get thorough, personal medical care.

Allyson Hoover is a superb provider.  I have an extensive history with upper respiratory bacterial infections and am very familiar with their course, and she listened carefully to my points and provided the needed medication which has had the expected effect on the infection-after three full days (of seven days to be taken) on doxycycline, I am much better. Ms Hoover is an excellent complement to the incredibly skilled and personable physician I have in [provider name].  As Masland Associates has transitioned to the WellSpan organization, they have maintained the exceptionally high level of medical care and the personable approach to patients.  I am receiving absolutely superb medical care, the best I have had in my nearly 79 years.

I was not diagnosed correctly and had to seek another dr for relief. If the PA or NA does not know for sure diagnosis they should go consult your primary care. This is not the first time and I do not have trust that they can treat anything more than a cold.

Provider and also the Medical Assistant spent a lot of time with me to ensure all my needs, questions were met.
