Dr. Alisa Kauffman is very attentive and knowledgeable.

Alisa, and her guidance through my hearing aid experience has been life changing. I occasionally need assistance for troubleshooting the devices and she is very kind and knowledgeable. I have referred about 7 people to the ENT practice specifically to receive the professional experience from Alisa.

You can tell she's genuine and doing everything possible to help me hear the best that I can for my hearing loss.Note: I have two cousins who also see Alisa and we all rave about how happy we are with her service and how she helps us with our hearing loss.
