I actually am so glad this came! I wanted to leave feedback but was unsure how. Love [provider name] & [provider name 2] & now she is right up there. I have ALWAYS found her SO knowledgeable and even though I should know some things because I have other kiddos - she is so insightful & doesn't make me feel "stupid" for not thinking of something. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about her. So kind, patient & always smiling. I have had providers that you could tell were having a bad day (we all do!), but Alexa could fool me if she is having one. MANY THANKS to her for who she is & all she does. She is in the right profession.

We had a pleasant visit.  Everyone was very helpful, friendly and kind.  It's not easy working on a weekend and no one seemed to notice.  The doctor even called me to ensure we saw the testing results rather than just letting us look at them on the portal.

We always request this provider for our daughter. She is understanding, compassionate, and seems to actually enjoy seeing our daughter each time. She takes time and eases any concerns I have.

Dr Laudenslager is the reason we stay at Joppa Road, as we live across town. She is warm, engaging, and truly knows my son.  She remembers details about him, and shows care and concern. She talks directly to him and asks questions of him first regarding how he is doing on his medication, and then will ask me my opinion as well. She listens and always offers a solution.  We LOVE her.
