Golf Tournament

Your participation in the 37th Annual Golf Tournament supports programs for our community.

Ephrata Community Health Foundation invites you to the 37th Annual Golf Tournament at the Hershey Country Club. Proceeds will benefit WellSpan’s Ephrata Cancer Patient Help Fund, assisting patients with everyday expenses, so they can focus on their treatment and wellness journey.

Tournament Format

• Players will remain on one course as assigned.
• Register early to get your preferred course.
• Outing includes on-course contests, food and beverages.
• Estimated play time is 4.5 hours.
