Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class teaches you how to be more comfortable in your pregnancy and ease your labor and delivery for you and your baby. Babies have to move and spin through your pelvis to be born, which is why it is called Spinning Babies®! Learning about the process, preparing your body for childbirth, and knowing what you can do to help baby in their journey will help you and your support person feel more empowered. Our goal is for you to feel more confident in your body’s abilities, connected to your baby, and ready to help them spin! You may take this class during or after your 16th week of pregnancy.

Instructions
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive finalized registration information. **Masking requirements could change weekly. Please click on this link for the most up-to-date information. If masks are required, one will be provided for you. If you are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath) or have come in contact with someone that has tested positive, please contact our office to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than a week prior to the start of class = full refund. Cancellation less than one week prior to the start of the class = full refund less a $15 processing fee. No refunds after the class date.
