Receiving a refund
You may receive a refund from WellSpan Health due to overpayment of copays, account balances, or errors in insurance processing. If you are due a refund, WellSpan Health works with Commerce Bank to issue your payment.
How will I receive my refund?
If your email address is connected to your WellSpan Health account, you will:
- Receive an email notification from DoNotReply@CommerceBank.com
- Click “Get Started” in the email
- Verify your identity
Choose how to accept your payment:
- Direct deposit
- Direct deposit to your debit card
- Check
