Niki Hinckle, MBA, FACMPE, is the senior vice president of WellSpan’s West and North regions. In this role, Niki is responsible for market-wide strategic and operational initiatives for all services within Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Northumberland, Snyder and Union counties and the surrounding areas, including the system’s four acute care hospitals. In addition to this role, Niki leads the planning team responsible for service line, regional and corporate planning.
Niki has almost 30 years of operations and finance experience in the healthcare industry, spanning both medical groups and hospitals. Prior to her current role, she served as a diagnostic service line leader across the system and as regional medical group vice president. Before joining WellSpan, Niki served as senior vice president of Physician and Ambulatory Services for Summit Health in Franklin County, PA. Niki has extensive experience in medical group and surgery center finance and operations, strategy and process improvement.
Niki received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance and her Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, MD. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Professional Coder and a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Niki also received her advanced lean certification from Virginia Mason’s institute.
