Jatin Motiwal is Senior Vice President for WellSpan Health’s Central Region, encompassing most of York County. In this role, Jatin provides executive leadership and oversight for strategic initiatives, operational performance and community engagement across hospitals, ambulatory practices and facilities, supporting WellSpan’s mission to deliver high quality, accessible care and improve health outcomes for the communities it serves.
Jatin is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience across large, integrated health systems. Prior to joining WellSpan, he held senior executive roles at Rochester Regional Health, Providence Health & Services, Geisinger and Bayfront Health System. Across these organizations, he led complex clinical networks, physician enterprises and service lines spanning acute, ambulatory and value based care models, with a focus on advancing clinical integration, expanding patient access, strengthening physician alignment and improving quality, operational performance and financial sustainability.
Known for his patient centered approach and commitment to operational excellence, Jatin emphasizes collaboration, innovation and accountability in building high performing teams across the care continuum. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and is a graduate of the Baldrige Executive Fellows Program, a nationally recognized leadership development initiative focused on performance excellence.
Jatin has also been recognized among the Rochester Business Journal’s Power 30 Health Care Leaders for his influence on health care strategy, access and outcomes.
