Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

From a young age, I was inspired by my grandmother who was a dedicated physician. I observed how she helped several people in the family and the larger community. I wanted to do the same. My interest in the workings of the human body continued to grow and being able to use this knowledge to help people is extremely fulfilling.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I want to understand my patients on a personal level and learn about their cultures and interests, so I can better serve them. Religion is important to me and inspires my motivation to help my patients.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I value spending time with family, hiking and weight training. I also spend time pursuing religious knowledge and being involved with my religious community. Traveling to Europe is always something I look forward to.
