Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I chose to pursue massage therapy as a career as it is a natural extension of yoga and Reiki, which I had already been practicing for several years. Being able to help people feel better through pain reduction as well as relaxation is my passion.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I am a graduate of the Lancaster School of Massage. In addition, I am a certified yoga instructor, Reiki master, and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant. I am passionate about using massage therapy to help people improve their overall quality of life whether it's through pain relief, overall stress reduction/relaxation or a combination of both.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I love spending time in my kitchen cooking healthy meals for my family. I also enjoy being close to nature and taking long walks with my dog Chloe.
