Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

My parents tell me that as soon as I could talk, I told them I wanted to be a doctor. I've always had a fascination with science as well as a strong desire to help others in some way. Medicine is a perfect marriage of both!

What I want my patients to know about me:

My personal goal each day is to treat my patients the way I would want myself or my family to be treated: with respect, dignity and caring. My favorite part of the job is when I can hear my patients stories about themselves or their families.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I love being outdoors doing almost anything. Zip lining is the best! My way to de-stress is to work out. I enjoy anything to do with DIY. I play the drums, clarinet and saxophone, and I'm really bad at playing guitar. My favorite way to relax is being on the beach oceanside reading a good book. I love spending time with friends playing cards or cooking.
