Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I chose to pursue a career in medicine because it affords me the opportunity to assist my patients in achieving optimal health and its emphasis on long-term relationships with patients. I chose family medicine because it lets me follow my patients throughout different phases of their lives and to treat both common and complex conditions. In family medicine, I can work preventatively to guide my patients' choices well before chronic conditions develop.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I am passionate about what I do and take my time understanding each of my patients as a whole. I enjoy personalizing care, and recognize that no one patient is the same. I value a patient-centered approach where you are at the forefront, and we work as a team to maximize your health.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

When I am not seeing patients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My children keep me very active. I also enjoy dancing and singing and making memories.
