Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I'm a Maryland native, but attended James Madison University in Virginia for my undergraduate studies before attending King's College in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania for my master's degree. I spent nine years working in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area before coming here. I've been involved in sports all my life, so I developed an interest and first-hand knowledge of orthopedic injuries and management of those injuries throughout the years.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I love all operative and non-operative treatment, so I'm looking forward to working with patients. My wife is from upstate New York and I'm from Maryland, but we were looking for a place that offered a more fulfilling life. Franklin County gave us that while also offering the opportunity for me to work at a progressive, expanding orthopedic group.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I've been a rugby player for 20+ years and I've served as team medic for most of those years.
