Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I chose to pursue a career in medicine to have a positive impact on the lives of my patients and their families. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I strive to blend the compassion of nursing with the autonomy to practice, diagnose, and treat patients holistically. To provide my patients with the best therapies for the individual, but to also promote mindfulness and increase emotional awareness in hopes of better addressing my patient's chronic and acute health conditions.

I have a passion to provide my patients with evidence-based care to achieve safe and high-quality outcomes.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

When I am not seeing patients, I enjoy hiking with my dog, cooking unique recipes, or engaged in the Barre3 exercise community to build strength and mindfulness for optimal body balance and a healthier lifestyle.
