Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I have wanted to pursue a career in medicine since I was 8 or 9 years old. I remember volunteering as a classroom helper to assist students with special needs, as my mother taught a Sunday school class. I enjoyed being the "voice" for those who may have felt confused, frustrated, or lost in a situation such as a noisy classroom. This idea has driven my desire to further pursue my education and work closely with those in my community practicing medicine. I love the opportunity to continue to be a guide for those looking to better their health or who have acute medical concerns.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I enjoy working with those from all walks of life. I will gladly address simple questions or complicated health conditions. I love meeting new people and hearing a part of how different everyone's story is.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

Playing with my two dogs, Panda and Dexter. I love to travel to new places. I enjoy spending time with friends and my significant other.
