About Me

Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

Geriatrics has always been my field of interest. I have always been passionate about taking care of the elderly population. I think I connect and understand the seniors/elder population well.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I was born and raised in Nepal and I completed my medical school in Nepal Medical College. I moved to the United States so I could pursue my education in medicine. I was fortunate to get residency and fellowship in New York and here I am in Franklin County as I have always wanted to raise family in a cozy and comfortable town. I was recommended the Franklin County area and since this is closer to my extended family, it was a perfect choice. I am looking forward to learning about this area and do my best to learn the needs and offer service and love to the community.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I am busy taking care of my 2-year-old daughter. I love cooking and spending time with my family and traveling.
