Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I chose to pursue medicine to help patients live the healthiest lives that they can and address preventable diseases.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I am interested in helping you achieve your goals through both traditional medical approaches and alternative medical approaches with diet, exercise and stress reduction as cornerstones of health.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I enjoy hiking in the mountains and traveling to see national parks throughout the US. I also enjoy running and staying active with 5k races.
