Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I pursued a career in healthcare to empower patients in their wellness journey through education and movement. Before I began my career in physical therapy, I volunteered in hospice care and for an exercise/support group for adults with Multiple Sclerosis. I later worked for a psychiatric rehabilitation program. These experiences made me want to be a healthcare provider who addressed the whole person in my treatments.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I will work in partnership with you to achieve your goals. This journey may have ups and downs, but we will work hard together for you.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I love to be outside and going on adventures with my family. I am also love trail running, spinning and yoga.
