Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I value having a skill set that allows me to take care of people at their most vulnerable. Biology, biochemistry, and other life sciences have fascinated me since I was a child, and I wanted to have a career where I could apply these sciences towards changing the outcomes for my patients.

What I want my patients to know about me:

Each patient has a unique background, values, and ideals that influence their goals when seeking healthcare. I appreciate the opportunity to get to know my patients and their families, so that we can design a plan that addresses their needs. It is a privilege to connect with patients and hear their stories.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I spend most of my free time with my husband and our two dogs. We enjoy hiking and teaching the dogs new tricks. I love to cook, especially elaborate, large meals.
