Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I am incredibly passionate about mental health and wellness, as well as helping individuals to be their best selves. I believe we are all capable of resiliency, and even more so when we have the appropriate tools and support necessary to help us achieve our goals.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I take great pride in facilitating honest and genuine conversations about mental health and our general well-being. I aim to provide a safe and supportive, judgement-free zone for my patients. Through support and a listening ear, I hope to create a space where my patients feel comfortable in openly expressing their wants and needs so that I can best accommodate my work to help initiate meaningful and fulfilling life experiences.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

In my free time I enjoy watching true crime documentaries, making crafts, spending time with loved ones (including my bearded dragon) and being outside in the sunshine.
