Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

As a child, I experienced a dog bite requiring many stitches that left me feeling scared and alone. However, the physician assistant who placed my sutures was so comforting and caring. I knew then I wanted to pursue a career where I could provide this same care to others. Being a PA allows me to help patients when they are most in need of care and kindness, and I find serving my patients very gratifying.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I take an empathetic approach to care. Discussing issues can be very difficult, but when a provider extends an empathetic ear, it makes the process a bit easier. I want to create relationships built on trust and learn more about who my patients are... not just the conditions they are experiencing.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

In my free time, I love going on nature walks. Living in beautiful Lebanon County is definitely an ideal location for this hobby! I also greatly enjoy going to museums, trying new sushi restaurants, and playing with my two cats, Florence (lovingly nicknamed “Flomax”) and Ditey.
