Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I have known since I was a kid that I wanted to become a nurse and take care of others. After working as a bedside nurse in the critical care setting, I realized that I can do more for my patients by pursing a graduate degree as a nurse practitioner. Now I feel as though I can make the greatest difference in patients' lives.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I truly care about my patients. I have been the patient and I have been the family member of a patient, so I try to understand from every perspective the best way to approach someone's care. I grew up in Lebanon and feel very passionate about giving back to my hometown.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, Mia. I love to ride my Peloton bike, try new restaurants, and am always searching for the best cold brew coffee.
