The Care You Need, Delivered to You
For more than 100 years, WellSpan VNA Home Care has understood that the best place to treat the body is where the heart is—at home. Often times when patients are recovering from an illness or accident, are disabled, have a chronic illness or are terminally ill, they do not need to be hospitalized but do need health care assistance.
Our specialized staff of nurses, aides, therapists and specialized caregivers work with physicians to provide the services necessary to treat patients in the comfort of their own home. WellSpan VNA Home Care provides easy access to excellent care. We serve patients of central and south central Pennsylvania including:
- Franklin County
- Cumberland County
- Adams County
- York County
- Lancaster County
- Lebanon County

WellSpan VNA Home Care has received the American Heart Association's Home Health Heart Failure certification.
