How is the number of patients waiting calculated?

The number of patients waiting represents patients that have checked in at the urgent care facility, but have not yet seen a provider. It is both patients in the waiting area and patients in a treatment room that have not yet started their visit.

Values can be influenced by many factors and should be considered estimates only.

The WellSpan Wound Care Center at Waynesboro Hospital specializes in treating complicated, chronic wounds that are difficult to heal.

Our centers use a multi-disciplinary, team approach in treating our patients to ensure that all of their wound care needs are met. This involves professional care from general surgeons, vascular surgeons, podiatrists, infectious disease physicians, certified wound care specialists, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and nurses.

To the patient this means that a specialist in their type of wound, or cause of wound, is on hand to develop individualized care plans to aid in the healing process.

These nodes could result in an unnecessary (false positive) finding. For that reason, we recommend you avoid having your screening mammogram any time from 1 day prior to your first vaccination to 4 weeks past your second vaccination.
