WellSpan Health announced today three new board members to its 2022 Board of Directors. New members include: Kevin Jackson, Mandy Arnold, and Andy Williford.

“Our Board of Directors provide key strategic direction to the health system as a whole – with a focus on value-based growth. I’m excited to welcome these new members and the expertise they bring to our organization,” said Roxanna Gapstur, Ph.D., R.N., president and CEO of WellSpan Health. “WellSpan is focused on our vision to be a trusted partner to patients and communities as the only locally governed health system in South Central Pennsylvania.”
The newly appointed board members bring a wealth of experience in several facets of organizational development and represent a variety of regional communities within the WellSpan system.
“WellSpan’s vision calls for us to reimagine healthcare and what that means for our friends and neighbors is truly exciting,” explained Megan Shreve, WellSpan Health Board of Directors Chair. “Achieving our mission as a health system means supporting lifelong wellness across all of our communities. This mission requires a board that understands the unique needs of each region in South Central Pennsylvania. I know our new board members have key competencies which will accelerate our strategy.
The WellSpan Health Board of Directors is a volunteer governing board tasked with oversight of WellSpan Health. Members are elected to three-year terms, with officer terms lasting one year. The board serves as the parent board of WellSpan Health.
New board members include:
Kevin Jackson, Chief Experience Officer, The Wolf Organization, LLC
Jackson is the Chief Experience Officer of The Wolf Organization, LLC, one of the largest suppliers of and a major supplier of building products. In this role he is responsible for the entire organization’s continual improvement efforts, technical infrastructure, customer service units, innovations, project management, disaster recovery/business continuity and experience (internally and externally). Prior to his role at The Wolf Organization, LLC, he was employed with Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Company. Jackson is currently a trustee at the York College of Pennsylvania.
Mandy Arnold, President and CEO, Gavin™
Arnold is the President and CEO of Gavin™, a leading boutique branding and communications agency serving regional and national clients.
In this role, Mandy has led positive and important change through marketing and communications strategy for clients on various community planning and public health efforts regionally and nationally. Arnold is the past board president of Downtown Inc., where she continues to volunteer. She is also a member of the HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College’s York Campus Advisory Board.
Andy Williford, Head of Human Resources & US HR Country Leader, Volvo Construction Equipment
Williford is the Head of Human Resources for Volvo Construction Equipment North America where he is responsible for all aspects of people services. Williford is a Commission member with Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission and holds a board seat with the PA South Central Workforce Investment Board - SCPA Works.
