Heart Failure Clinic Uses Grant to Provide Fresh Produce to Patients

Thanks to a grant from the Ephrata Community Health Foundation, the Center for Heart Care at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital is providing fresh fruit and vegetables to their patients this summer.

As a way to get the produce to patients, Jennifer Atkins and Bre Kauffman coordinated a "contactless pick up" for patients to receive fresh fruits and vegetables along with low sodium recipes. Thanks to Fruittastic in Denver for helping with this project!
