WellSpan Way of treating heart conditions

MyWellSpan Care Companion is an interactive, personalized plan of care available through MyWellSpan on the WellSpan app.

Care Companion will help you manage your condition through real-time notifications for things such as:

  • Medication reminders
  • Health-tracking tasks
  • Educational content
  • Periodic check-ins.

To use Care Companion, patients must have a MyWellSpan account.  Creating your MyWellSpan account is quick, easy and useful for managing many aspects of your health care.

Download the WellSpan app on your Apple or Android device.

Log in to MyWellSpan 

Click MyWellSpan on the WellSpan mobile app.

Sign in with your MyWellSpan account.

Not using the WellSpan mobile app?

If you are using care companion for COVID-19 monitoring and do not have a smart phone, you may have been assigned a COVID-19 monitoring questionnaire that can be accessed using the web browser version of MyWellSpan.  A prompt to complete this questionnaire will appear as shown.
