Contactless Arrival

Our appointment arrival feature allows you to let your office know that you have arrived by clicking "I'm here" button. This button appears 30 minutes before the appointment time. It is available from the upcoming visit card on the home page, the appointment list and the appointment details page. Once you have notified us that you are here, you will be prompted to complete eCheck-In, directed to the front desk or advised to have a seat until our staff announces your name.
