This Women's group will focus on responding to stress, seeking safety, creating boundaries, improving self-esteem, and staying grounded. Other topics will include managing emotions, resolving conflict, stages of change, empowerment, and healing from within. Group sessions will focus on:

Group members must see an individual therapist in conjunction with group whether within WellSpan or outside of WellSpan. Members cannot have active psychosis, active addiction or active suicidal or homicidal ideation. Current Philhaven patients should talk to their provider. This group meets on Tuesdays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am with group leaders Judith Clark, LPC and Joyce Lukima, LSW. While all efforts will be made to assist you in entering a group as quickly as possible, you may need to be temporarily added to a waitlist.
