Join us for the fourth workshop in the Winter STREAK series, “Attitude of Gratitude for Better Mental Well-Being”. Learn gratitude practices that can lead to better mental well-being. Winter STREAK runs from January through March, so you can keep up a “streak” of physical and mental well-being activities! If you registered for the complete series, there is no need to register for the individual classes.
