Description:

For those dealing with loss, loneliness, family conflict, seasonal depression, medical concerns, or financial stress, the holiday season can be very difficult. This group helps members cope with the “holiday blues.” Members will process challenging experiences and develop positive coping habits including mindfulness and self-compassion techniques. It is recommended group members are able to participate in listening, speaking, reading and writing activities that are conducted in English. Group members cannot have active psychosis, active addiction or active SI/HI symptoms.

Instructions:

This 8-week group meets on Mondays from 3:30 to 4:30 pm with group leaders Gillian Grannum, PhD and Lydia Hackenberg, PsyD. While all efforts will be made to assist you in entering a group as quickly as possible, you may need to be temporarily added to a waitlist.
