Description:
Do you find it difficult for you to trust others and form meaningful relationships? Are you struggling to manage your mental health, and personality? Teen time is an opportunity for many young individuals to focus on their mental health, in a safe and respected environment. Individuals will practice skills that could help their mindfulness, self-esteem, social anxiety, and assertiveness. Individuals will be able to form more meaningful relationships and establish trust. Group sessions will focus on:
- Mindfulness
- Relational issues that lead to psychological symptoms or dissatisfaction in relationships
- Difficulty trusting others
- Communication barriers
- Self-esteem
- Coping skills
- Distress tolerance
- How to relate better with others
- How to forge meaningful relationships
- Social anxiety
- Assertiveness
Due to group requirements, new participants may be invited to meet with a group leader individually before starting group sessions. Participants should not have active psychosis, active addiction, or active SI/HI symptoms.

Instructions:
This group meets on Tuesdays from 4:15 to 5:15 pm with group leader Nicole Searfoss, PsyD. While all efforts will be made to assist you in entering a group as quickly as possible, you may need to be temporarily added to a waitlist.
