Description:

Pregnancy and Mental Health provides pregnant women a space to explore the unique challenges of being pregnant, while also navigating unwanted emotions such as anxiety and depression. Group sessions will focus on specific topics related to pregnancy. Members can expect to learn effective coping skills while also receiving support on shared experiences.

Group members must be at least 8 weeks pregnant and complete an intake with a group provider if needed. Group members cannot have active psychosis, active addiction or active SI/HI symptoms.
