Description:
Understanding your Newborn provides parents with evidence-based education about baby care in the first six weeks and beyond. This class will discuss newborn safety & health, behaviors, diapering, bathing and feeding.
Class will be available for nine months after registration date. This class will take 2-3 hours to complete from the comfort of your own home.
Online childbirth classes are now available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese.

This is not a Zoom class. You can log on and complete your class when it works best for you and your schedule. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive finalized registration information. The Understand Your Newborn online class is fully covered by all Medical Assistance insurances including AmeriHealth Caritas, GHP Family, Health Partners, HealthyCare Card, Highmark Wholecare (Gateway), PA Medicaid/Access, UPMC for You and WellSpan Financial Assistance Program.
