Description:
Understanding Breastfeeding will provide step-by-step instructions and 3D animation, allowing parents to learn how to achieve a deep latch and get the best start. This class will also discuss how to maintain milk supply, breastfeeding positions, hunger cues and the breastfeeding lifestyle.
Class will be available for nine months after registration date. This class will take 2-3 hours to complete from the comfort of your own home.
Online childbirth classes are now available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese.

The Understanding Breastfeeding online class is fully covered by all Medical Assistance insurances including AmeriHealth Caritas, GHP Family, Health Partners, HealthyCare Card, Highmark Wholecare (Gateway), PA Medicaid/Access, UPMC for You and WellSpan Financial Assistance Program.
