Whether you have been diagnosed with heart disease or are just looking to improve your diet, come learn how to reduce your risk of heart disease through proper nutrition. Boost your knowledge on how nutrition impacts cholesterol and learn tips on avoiding sodium for heart failure and high blood pressure. We will review the American Heart Association's dietary guidelines and how to apply these guidelines to read the new nutrition facts label and make healthy food choices.
