Description:

The Virtual Breastfeeding Prenatal class is for expectant mothers and the support person. This class is designed to explain the benefits of breastfeeding, the basics of what to expect while in the hospital and during the infants breastfeeding journey. Breastfeeding positioning, latch, how to tell when breastfeeding is going well or when you should seek assistance. Also pumping when returning to work and/or school is discussed. Breastfeeding resources in our community and where to go to receive additional help is also reviewed.
