The WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital Family Tree is a work of art honoring children of all ages. With a minimum gift of $50, you can add your own lasting tribute to a special milestone, such as:

The birth of your baby, your grandchild or the child of a special friend
Your birthday or that of someone you love

Your meaningful gift helps the Summit Health Foundation provide special initiatives, programs and patient amenities for our Family Birthing Services and Neonatal Intensive Care.

Every gift level includes the child's name and birthdate on the display. (Multiple gifts in a child's name will increase the size of a single leaf or heart.) Gifts at the Branch level also include the family name.
