Through a grant from the WellSpan York Health Foundation, our team of community health educators and clinical dietitians have come together to share some quick and easy heart healthy recipes and how to prepare them.
An overall heart healthy diet consists of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, healthy sources of protein like nuts, fish and seafood, vegetable oils, minimally processed foods, and foods with low added sugar.
