Additional job shadowing requirements
To protect the privacy of our patients, you’ll be asked to sign a confidentiality statement as part of the job shadowing program.
Appropriate attire is required, and comfortable shoes are recommended.
Certain vaccines are required for your safety, as well as that of our patients. Employee health requirements will be shared after we receive your application.
For patient safety and security reasons, the shadowing program is not a “hands-on” experience.
To allow enough time for scheduling your shadowing opportunity, please submit your application at least four weeks before the date when you’d like to have your appointment.
If you’re unable to attend your shadowing appointment, please contact your shadowing program representative as soon as possible. Missed shadowing appointments not canceled ahead of time will not be rescheduled. Missed shadowing appointments for high school students will also be reported to the student’s guidance counselor.
