Upcoming Moves for Lab Services and Neurodiagnostic Lab

To prepare for demolition on the Ketterman Building, several enabling moves need to occur for services to be relocated elsewhere on the York Hospital campus or in nearby facilities. The Neurodiagnostic Lab will be moving to a new office at 390 St. Charles Way in January.

Our project team has also been planning the relocation of the Laboratory’s flow cytometry and molecular biology services. Next week, construction will begin on suite 260 at the Apple Hill Medical Center to renovate the space as the temporary home for the services. It will take about three months to complete renovations in the Apple Hill location.

Once complete, flow cytometry and molecular biology services will move to the new location and vacate the current space in the Ketterman Building. This is projected to be the last service to move out of Ketterman, which will allow for demolition preparation to start.
