The WellSpan Spotlight

Reminder: Access to Outpatient Pharmacy Changing Sept. 5

Beginning Tuesday, September 5, patients visiting the Outpatient Pharmacy will need to enter through York Hospital’s main entrance. Visitor registration desk staff will assist patients with directions to get to the Pharmacy from the main entrance.

Patients are being encouraged to consider transferring their prescriptions to the WellSpan Pharmacy at Apple Hill Medical Center, located less than two miles from the hospital campus, to avoid this inconvenience from construction.

The Outpatient Pharmacy entrance will reopen in about a year as construction progresses on the Cardiac Catheterization Lab expansion.

Emergency Department Lane Widening Project Underway

The project to add a vehicle lane at York Hospital’s Emergency Department entrance is underway. The sidewalk leading to the entrance remains accessible for employees and visitors; however, a new traffic pattern is now in effect. Please use caution for your safety and the safety of construction crews.

Ketterman Building Demolition Begins
