This week, the Outpatient Pharmacy access from Tower Drive was closed. Visitors need to enter through York Hospital’s main entrance and registration desk staff will assist them with directions to get to the Pharmacy.

The Outpatient Pharmacy entrance will reopen in about a year as construction progresses on the Cardiac Catheterization Lab expansion.

Ketterman Building Demolition Continues

Crews are making progress on demolition of the Ketterman Building with interior work nearly complete and some exterior work starting. An excavator will become part of the demolition work on September 18. Demolition is anticipated to continue into November to clear the site for construction of the new surgical and critical care tower.

Met-Ed Pole Relocation

Met-Ed is continuing work on Irving Road to relocate power lines and poles from the hospital side of the street to the neighborhood side of the street. The poles are being placed on properties owned by WellSpan and should be complete in mid-October.
