In the first week of January, crews will begin demolishing the foundations of the Ketterman Building and South Hall. Construction equipment for this phase of work will arrive by the end of this month.

Demolishing these building foundations is estimated to take about a month to complete and periods of elevated noise are expected.

Additionally, you will soon see materials installed around the perimeter of the construction site for the purpose of controlling erosion and sediment. These measures are expected to be in place by mid-January.
